Project Managers

Our project managers bring a "close to the field" perspective to their jobs, which contributes to realistic decision-making regarding commitments, scheduling and expectations. They provide the effective project management that is critical on well site and facility construction or turn-around jobs of all sizes.

All of our project managers have many years of relevant field experience in the oil and natural gas industry, including direct exposure to the customer side. Our team includes a former operations superintendent for a large producer, a facility turnaround scheduling specialist, professional engineers and PMP designations.

Working within Roska’s engineering department, our project managers:

• Maintain a big-picture vision of the project’s final state and the owner’s overall goals;
• Understand all of the details of each scope of work;
• Understand the cost implications of every item;
• Understand which person or equipment item is needed to handle each element;
• Understand what the workforce in each discipline is capable of providing; and
• Understand the risk areas or "what can go wrong" with a view to averting problems before they occur.
