Production Testing Announcement

An Important Communication to our Valued Customers:

Effective immediately, Roska DBO Inc. has entered the Production Testing and Flowback business. We have acquired the western Canadian production testing and flowback assets of a global oil and gas service company. These assets will integrate with Roska and operate under the Roska brand as Roska PTS, a division of Roska DBO Inc.

This acquisition complements our current service offerings and allows for our entrance into a new business. The newly acquired assets include 10 high-pressure frac packages (each package is comprised of a separator, ESD, flowline, dual-drop manifold, liquid storage tank, flare stack and auxiliary equipment), 3 medium pressure packages, and 19 low-pressure packages.

In addition to the comprehensive, modern and well-built fleet of equipment, Roska has also acquired a legacy 5 acre, 13,000 square foot facility in Grande Prairie allowing for a continued local presence to key plays in the area, including the Deep Basin, Montney and Duvernay.

Roska PTS will be headed up by Ron Kowalyk in the role of Division Manager, Production Testing. Ron brings over 28 years of expertise in completions and frac flowback in both Canada and international.

The expanded team, operating infrastructure and equipment mesh well with our experience in Early Production Facilities. We see the opportunity to transition from testing to engineered temporary facilities on extended well tests as a cost saving opportunity for customers and a logical extension of our existing offerings.
